As a father of two young children, Mikah understands firsthand how challenging it can be to balance fitness with the demands of everyday life. Having experienced his own ups and downs in fitness, he believes health and strength are not reserved for a certain type of person — fitness is for everyone.
Mikah’s approach focuses on helping clients incorporate fitness into their lives without feeling like they have to completely change who they are. Through personalized assessments, he’s able to identify muscle imbalances, areas needing improvement, and opportunities to build a stronger, healthier body that supports clients not only now, but as they age. Whether working with clients in person or through online coaching options, Mikah is passionate about helping people feel more confident, capable, and strong in both the gym and everyday life.
